Indigo’s father, Nell’s stepfather (of sorts), the man whose suicide triggered the last war. No one knows what prompted the suicide, and his soul was stolen at the time of his death, so that is a mystery that may never be solved.
He was an intelligent and curious man, if a bit distant in the father role. He married someone he loathed, to protect Indigo, which shows a strength of character I myself do not possess.
